Dr. El-Ezaby is Chief Executive Officer of Wasad Law Firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he leads the Arbitration, and Investment departments. Additionally, he is the founding partner and chairman of El-Ezaby Law Firm in Egypt, a highly reputable law firm recognized among the leading law firms in the Middle East.

Dr. El-Ezaby holds an LLB from Mansoura University, a Master’s degree in International Law, and a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration, with distinction and honors. His doctoral thesis, titled “The Authority of International Treaties in Recognizing and Staying the Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards—A Comparative and Analytical Study between the Civil Law System and the Common Law System in Light of International Legal Documents” is regarded as a significant contribution to Arabic literature on international arbitration.

With over 20 years of extensive legal experience, Dr. El-Eazby has built a distinguished career in litigation, arbitration, and investment law, representing major clients in high-profile cases. He is a recognized expert in arbitration procedures, enforcement of foreign judgments, and commercial disputes across various jurisdictions. His expertise covers private law, civil law, commercial law, banking law, and international arbitration.

Dr. El-Ezaby is admitted before the Egyptian Court of Cassation and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Egyptian Society of International Law.
